Monitor and review the project progress
Assign and follow up tasks
Drive and motivate people
Hold workshops with customers
Design the implementation solution together with the customer
Manage all concerned parties (business, IT, supply chain, operational, management…)
Go on site for implementation, mainly to get things done fast
Develop and implement standard ways of working
The position involves regular travel (typically one week per month)
Depending on your profile you will also:
Perform first line troubleshooting
At least 3 years of working experience in Project Management
Good interpersonal and leadership skills– ability to get things done
Well-developed people skills and relationship management, including negotiation capability, conflict resolution and consensus building
Good spoken French and English
Secure and disciplined in follow up
Strong problem-solving attitude
High degree of autonomy
Ability to interact with customers at all levels of the organization
Ability to facilitate meetings with customers
Ability to work with technical and business departments
